I heard about Rush Ultra or maybe Ultra Rush poppers. Does anyone know about them? They are supposed to be Xtra Strength?

I heard that they are the Freezer poppers named after the guy that invented Rush in 1970s San Fransisco. The corporation was called Pharmex ltd
